Q: What is the exact difference between recorded video training and live instructor lead training? Do we get study material, assignments and get to ask questions just like in regular school?

A: In live instructor lead training there is a teacher in real time providing the training online by sharing his/her desktop screen and using that as a whiteboard. You only need a stable internet connection and good audio to avail of this. It works exactly like a classroom except that you do not see the instructor.

In recorded training you are provided access to online recordings of the training which you can browse on your own. The teacher will not be present in real time and you can pace the course yourself.

In both options you do get a lot of material, specific assignments, feedback to those assignments and will actually execute a mini project that will help you build confidence. Additionally you also get comprehensive supplementary material like interview questions and answers, user guides for software tools, access to video recording for 6 months and actual industry documents.

Q: Will you get me a job after the training?

A: We’re incredibly well connected with hiring employers and after completion of the course, we will do our best to get you a job. Additionally we also provide a comprehensive list of interview questions and answers, assistance in resume preparation, 2-3 rounds of mock interviews and on job assistance. However we cannot guarantee a job as there are some factors that are outside our control.

Q: Who is eligible to take these training courses?

A: Kuebiko Global has no formal entry criteria. We insist that anyone with an interest and some basic awareness of information technology can gain valuable insight and successfully complete our training programs. Q: What is the average duration of these courses and why?

A: After years of honing our craft, we’ve decided to keep the average contact hours of a kick starter course between 35 and 40 hours. For specialized career advancement programs, students complete between 20 and 25 hours. These course durations are based on the ideal time frames necessary to allow optimum absorption of the material.

Since our classes are totally focused on getting a job or growing in a job, they do not require the lengthy semester hours needed to cover the broad educational material of an academic degree. Our sole focus is on imparting you with the practical skills and knowledge to help further your career.

Q: Can I get refunds if I do not like my course or my situation changes for some reason?

A: Yes, we offer 100% money-back refunds if you decide to discontinue your first class. If you happen to cancel after the second class, you’ll receive an 80% tuition refund. While we’re more than happy to accommodate the diverse needs of our students, we cannot offer refunds after a second class. We need to implement this policy as a part of keeping our costs so low. If the timing of your online course becomes an issue due to personal reasons, we’ll be more than happy to switch you to a different course without penalty.
